  • What qualifies for free shipping?

    Order 12+ bottles or cans and get free shipping. Otherwise, flat rate ground shipping is $15.

    We cannot ship to AR, KY, MI, MD, MS, or UT. We will ship to Hawaii and Alaska, but cannot offer free shipping to either state.

  • How long will it take to get my order?

    Your order is important to us! We strive to ship all orders within one business day. However, the cut-off time to receive orders for shipping on the same day is 11am ET.

    All orders submitted over the weekend will be received on Monday. Texas andIllinois have an extended shipping time of 10-21 days. At peak times (such as before the holidays) it can take a bit longer for your order to leave our warehouse.

    We ship through UPS, FedEX, LSO, and UDS; whoever will get you your package the most efficiently. The chart below will help you determine how long it takes from the time your order ships to the time it's delivered.

  • Signature Required: Do I need to be home to receive my order?

    Federal regulations require an adult, with a valid ID to sign for all deliveries containing alcohol. THIS IS NOT A BARTENURA REQUIREMENT THEREFORE, WE DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO WAIVE THIS REQUIREMENT. We recommend signing up for UPS My Choice so you can monitor your shipment, you can also make changes to the delivery address once it's shipped.

    If you are not home to receive your shipment, UPS will leave a note on your door and make two more delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt your wine will be returned to us. You may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping orders that are returned.

    Tip: Our customers find that shipping their order to a business address increases the odds of successful delivery on the first attempt.

    Need to change your delivery date? You can use your tracking number or info notice number to make changes to your delivery!

    Sign up for a free service called UPS My Choice. This service will allow you to hold your package at a pickup facility, see a delivery time frame, or change the delivery address.

  • Which days could add to my shipping time?

    UPS and FedEx do not pick up (and may not conduct deliveries) on these days:

    New Year's Day
    Memorial Day
    Independence Day
    Labor Day
    Thanksgiving Day
    Christmas Day

  • But I really need my wine quicker...

    We get it! We offer free ground shipping on orders with 12+ bottles or cans but you can expedite shipping if you would like your order to arrive sooner. If there's a real rush and you're concerned about getting your order on time, please contact us with your order number so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

    Due to carrier limitations, we cannot expedite orders to TX or IL.

  • What if something is out of stock?

    If this happens we will notify you using the email address that you entered at the time you placed your order. We will give you the option to select a substitute, wait for the wine to come in stock, or remove the wine from your order. We suggest you reply to us quickly so we can process your order right away and you can receive your shipment without delay.
  • Can you ship to a PO Box address?

    Regulations prohibit us from delivering alcohol to PO boxes, we can only deliver your shipment to a physical address.
  • Can you ship my wine to Hawaii? How about Alaska?

    We absolutely can ship to Hawaii and Alaska but we're not able to offer free shipping to these locations. Cost will vary based on the size of your order.
  • Why can't I select my state when entering my shipping address?

    Regulations and laws are in place that limit our ability to ship to AR, KY, MI, MD, MS, and UT.

    We are happy to announce that we are now able to ship into the state of Illinois.

    Note: While we can ship into the states of TX and IL, there is an extended time in transit for those shipments. Please allow up to 15 days for your shipment to be received.

  • Will my wine spoil or freeze while in transit?

    We monitor the weather closely to ensure the outside temperature does not jeopardize the integrity of the wine while en route. If we have any concerns due to extreme weather, hot or cold, we will, we will hold the shipment in our warehouse until the weather is suitable for shipping wine.
  • Can You Deliver on Saturday or Sunday?

    Our shipments are delivered Monday through Friday. Please consider processing and transit times when placing your order.
  • Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?

    Let us know as soon as possible. We can easily change the shipping address before your order is processed. However, once the order has been processed we need to re-route your package with UPS - a nominal fee applies for this service.
